On 18 April 2008, the opening of the new garden opposite St Leonard’s Church by Councillor Russell Radford, as Mayor of Hertford, completed a process which had taken 60 years to reach fruition. |
The 2007 Hertford Civic Society Awards presentation party was held on Wednesday October 31st in the Downshire Suite at Hertford Castle.
